Recurring self-destructive patterns, feeling out of control and feelings of unease, unhappiness and anxiety often point to deep-rooted, long standing sources of pain which we may only be partially aware of. Sometimes they are caused by recent traumatic events.

Whatever may have happened to you, and however confused or distressed you may be feeling, I can help you uncover the roots of your unhappiness, help you understand why you feel the way you do, why you act in ways that may not be in your best interests or that may be hurting others in your life.

In order to understand you and what makes you tick I find it helpful to pay close attention to your relationships, past and present. Relationships form and shape us, they are often our greatest cause of pain but also offer the greatest potential for recovery and change.
